We are looking for a dedicated Bilingual (Spanish/English) HR Office Assistant to join our team in our recruiting department. The responsibilities of this position include identifying future hiring needs, designing job descriptions, sourcing candidates through databases and social media, filing paperwork, and other basic office duties, as needed.

A successful HR Office Assistant has excellent interpersonal skills, is organized and detail-oriented, and keeps informed about company hiring and internship programs.

Job Responsibilities:

• Identifying future hiring needs and developing job descriptions and specifications.
• Collaborating with department managers to compile a consistent list of requirements.
• Attracting suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media, etc.
• Assessing applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions. (Prescreening)
• Completing paperwork for new hires.
• Promoting the company's reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity.
• Providing recruitment reports to team managers.

Job Requirements:

• Must be bilingual (Spanish/English)
• Experience with recruitment processes and databases a plus
• Excellent communication skills.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Good decision-making skills.

Schedule:

• 4 hours daily 10am-2pm (flexible)
• Monday to Friday

Experience:

• Office/Admin: 1 year (required)
• Recruiting: 1 year (Preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
